Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

We begin production shortly after an order is placed, specifically crafting your piece to your selected specifications. For this reason, we cannot restock or resell items once they’ve been made.

We encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and finish options carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to ordering, we’re always happy to help.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

When will I get my order?

Each item is made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your order is placed for production before it ships.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, as well as the size and weight of the item.
